About Volume 2: 

Following up on the success of his Volume 1 loop and sample collection, The Loop Loft teamed up again with Joey Waronker (Beck, Atoms for Peace, R.E.M.) to produce a brand new drum library with a completely different and distinctive "vibe".

Recorded at his personal studio in Los Angeles, Joey Waronker Drums Volume 2 features an extremely dry and punchy drum sound, perfect for mangling and manipulating in the digital realm. With eight complete sessions, the library covers a wide range of grooves and feels including funk, hip hop, pop and rock.

In addition, each session includes percussion loops, allowing you to easily layer and arrange instruments such as shakers, bongos and tambourines on top of the drum set loops.

This is what happens when we decide to create a loop and sample library that is anything but "normal".

For this experimental sonic endeavor, we teamed up again with Joey Waronker (Beck, Atoms for Peace, R.E.M.) to produce the most "distinctive" release in his popular series of drum loops and samples.

Utilizing a creative combination of mics, outboard gear, and room sounds, Joey Waronker Vol 3 features six unique sessions, each taking an entirely different approach to percussive sounds and rhythmic feels.
