Logic Pro Sessions - Complete Takes Vol 2

by The Loop Loft

$ 49.00

With Logic Pro Sessions Vol 2, we produced a collection of multitrack drum designs geared towards folk and acoustic songwriters.

From rootsy, syncopated backbeats to mellow, brush-based ballads to tasteful 6/8 pop grooves, Volume 2 provides a warm, natural drum sound (and performance) with the flexibility of multitrack audio, putting you in total control of the mix.

About Logic Pro Sessions:
3 complete songs (each with 3 different mix options), fully mixed and arranged in Logic Session format.  Working with multitrack drums in Logic has never been easier (or sounded better).

Each session clocks in at 3-4 minutes in length and is pre-arranged in a traditional song structure (intro, verse, chorus etc.).  Just choose from the 3 different mixes of each session (dry, experimental or "Loft") and you'll be up and running with incredible sounding live drums in seconds.

If you already own Complete Takes Vol 2 in WAV format and would like the Logic Session version, just contact us here for a free crossgrade!

Song #1 - Bundled Up
Remember those "Hot Rods" (stick bundles) that drummers always used on MTV Unplugged?  Well, we busted out our Hot Rods and laid down this big, jangly track, in the name of Americana Rock (think Wilco, The Jayhawks and Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers).

Who said brushes are just for jazz?  On this session, we stir up the drums and put brushes in the folk/alt-pop arena, all in tribute to early James Taylor, Elliott Smith, Bon Iver and Tom Waits.

Song #3 - Three Four
The title might say "Three Four", but this session can also be considered 6/8 and 12/8. Again, we utilize brushes to allow the drums to blend in with other acoustic instruments, and throw in a bit of light percussion (cajon, bongos and tambourine) to propel things forward.
